Dr. Florian Marx is a physician and epidemiologist at Heidelberg University Hospital, Germany. His research focuses on the epidemiology of tuberculosis (TB) and the impact of public health interventions on reducing TB morbidity and mortality in high-risk populations. He currently leads an Emmy Noether Research Group funded by the German Research Foundation focused on strategies to optimize TB treatment outcomes.
