CONTENT

This course is grounded in the global nutrition and food security challenges most acute in low- and middle-income country (LMIC) settings, with a particular focus on maternal and child malnutrition, nutritional deficiencies, and food insecurity. It emphasizes equity and access within food systems, examining how social and structural determinants shape nutrition outcomes across diverse populations.

Drawing on case studies from LMIC contexts, the course ensures direct relevance for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers working across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
