Purpose of the ConsultationÌý
The Advisory Committee is seeking input from members of the Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ community to inform the selection of the next Dean of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. Feedback will help the Committee:

Understand the opportunities and challenges facing Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies

Clarify the role and position requirements for the next Dean

Identify the leadership qualities and experience that candidates should possess

What internal and external opportunities, challenges, and priorities will shape Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies and the Dean’s work over the next 5–10 years?
2. Role and Position Requirements
Do the priorities and requirements set out in the 2015 position profile still reflect the role of the Dean for the decade ahead? If not, what should be updated?
3. Candidate Qualities
What qualities should candidates for the role of Dean possess? Please consider:
