The age of majority in Quebec is 18. However, only minors under 17 are required to have a legal custodian.

• you will turn 17 less than one month before the start of your first term and
• you will not be accompanied by a parent or guardian

E.g. The Fall 2026 term will start on August 31st for most programs. If you will turn 17 after July 31, 2026, contact our office for more information.
