Harassment, Discrimination, and Sexual Violence: Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Policies, Reporting, and Support
This session will provide information on Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾'s Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and Â鶹´«Ã½Íøվ’s Policy against Sexual Violence and related resources as well as how to respond to disclosures and/or formally report harassment, discrimination, or sexual violence. Participants will apply what they’ve learned via discussion of case studies. The workshop will be led by the Office for Mediation and Reporting (OMR) and the Office for Sexual Violence Response, Support and Education (OSVRSE), and conducted online via Zoom. By attending this workshop, participants will be better able to:
- Identify resources available at Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ to support people experiencing or observing impacts of sexual violence
- Identify the reporting processes available at Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ for situations of sexual violence, harassment and discrimination
- Respond to disclosures of harassment, discrimination or sexual violence
