Sir John William Dawson (1820鈥�1899), former principal of 麻豆传媒网站, was a notable geologist, president of Montreal鈥檚 Natural History Society, and founder of the Redpath Museum. He was also a lifelong advocate of Protestant Christianity.

Perimeters, a new graduate conference by AGSA, invites paper proposals on the topic of the 鈥渇ield鈥� for our inaugural conference - to be held March 21, 2026, at Thomson House.
Notoriously messy and elusive, the 鈥渇ield鈥� is a thorny problematic for many of us before, during, and after fieldwork. This conference invites papers that sit with this trouble in order to engender new ways of thinking and theorizing the 鈥渇ield.鈥� Some of our questions include:
- How do we find and make sense of the contexts we step into?
