In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.Ìý

Volunteer to prepare food for the homeless and hungry while connecting with other students and the greater community on Wed. August 6th at 9:30am-12:00pm. We will make a large number of sandwiches that will be distributed later to those in need. We'll gather at MORSL at 9:30 AM and then travel together to the Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul (near campus at 3415 Redpath St.) to help their young adult community and a non-profit org., Bread and Beyond, to complete this service project.
