Thursday, October 16th:

  1. ASCL Annual Meeting Check-in, 3:30-4:30.
  2. Welcoming Remarks: 4:30-4:45.
  3. Plenary keynote speech, 4:45-5:45.
  4. Opening Reception 6:00-8:00.

Friday, October 17th:

  1. Panel sessions will begin at 9:00 am; there will be four sessions (three of concurrent panels and one plenary session).
  2. Annual Meeting dinner will start at 7:00.

Saturday, October 18th:

  1. A concurrent panel session will take place from 9:00-10:30.
  2. The business meeting will take place from 10:30-12:30
  3. Box Lunch for Business meeting attendees immediately following business meeting

The YCC conference will take place on Saturday afternoon.

Representatives from official ASCL Member Schools who attend the Business Meeting on Saturday, October 18th,Ìýare eligible for reimbursement of some expenses up to $700 in accordance with ASCL policy and practice.

Transportation

For those arriving at Montreal's Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL), there are two ways to transfer into the city:

  • By public transit:ÌýThe operatesÌýfrom the airport to two locations in the city centre. Buses run 24/7, departing every 10-15 minutes.
  • By car:ÌýThe airport is located approximately 20 minutes outside of the city centre by car. Taxis and ride-share services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are readily accessible at the airport.

Within the city, there is an extensive public transportation network. The Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Faculty of Law is located closest to , on the green line. Montreal also hosts a large network of (standard and electric), with 900 stations across the city—including steps away from the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ campus.
