University Registrar and Executive Director of Enrolment Services

Romesh Vadivel was appointed University Registrar and Executive Director of Enrolment Services as of February 1st, 2026. He leads a talented and diverse team with a broad and varied portfolio that impacts, informs, and supports strategic enrolment management, institutional priorities, and transformational initiatives.

Romesh is a nationally recognized and award-winning leader in the registrarial community, having served as President of the ARUCC Board (Association of Registrars at the Universities and Colleges of Canada) and Director of the MyCreds | MesCertif national network initiative. He has accumulated over three decades of experience in Canadian higher education, including leadership roles at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾, Dalhousie University, and Concordia University. His experiences and accountabilities have ranged from student affairs to enrolment management, and from academic advising to strategic project leadership, all closely aligned with the mutual goals of supporting student success and streamlining academic processes.

Enrolment Services itself has a wide-ranging mandate inclusive of undergraduate student recruitment and admissions, student records and registration, class and exam scheduling, government reporting, convocation, final exam invigilation, campus tours and events, and more. More importantly, the team at Enrolment Services provides guidance and service to prospective students, applicants, current students, alumni and former students, guidance counsellors, parents, and to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ community.
