Service Description
The Montreal Children's Hospital (MCH) palliative care team acts as a consultation service which works in tandem with other MCH teams and offers the full range of clinical care for children with life-limiting illness and their families. The MCH palliative care team includes physicians, nurses, social worker, music and art therapists, psychologist, psychiatrist, and a pastoral worker.Ìý In addition to the provision of care for patients and families, the pediatric palliative care team engages in research and teaching activities.
