What is the L'Oréal e-Strat Challenge?

The L'Oréal e-Strat Challenge puts participating teams in control of a virtual beauty company. Students use their analytical thinking, strategic marketing and solid business principles to make over 1,000 critical decisions to gain market advantage against competing teams.

Sixteen finalist teams will "sell" their virtual company to a L'Oréal senior executive jury as part of the grand finale in Paris on March 31, 2005.

You could be recruited

The L'Oréal e-Strat Challenge brings students into contact with L'Oréal managers for a chance to be recruited. In fact, since its creation, L'Oréal has recruited more than 100 e-Strat Challenge players.

Registration for the L'Oréal e-Strat Challenge begins September 6, 2004 and continues until November 8. The competition kicks off on November 10.
