Registration Period: Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Courses: June 10, 2026 to August 14, 2026 // UQO Courses: upon admission to August 14, 2026

Registration opens at 9 a.m. on the first day for all students, for both the Fall and Winter terms, and runs 24/7. All course registration is done via your Ìýfor Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ courses, and via the AEHE system for UQO courses. Please remember that most of the courses are open to thousands of students and, therefore, registration is first-come-first-served. Ensure you register for at least one course by August 14th in order to avoid late fees.

Use Minerva to register for required courses at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾.

Use the Med-P Curriculum to plan your selections. Be sure to have alternatives in case the desired course or time (section) is unavailable.

How to register for Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ courses

  • Use Minerva to register for required courses at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾.

  • Use the Med-P Curriculum to plan your selections. Be sure to have alternatives in case the desired course or time (section) is unavailable.

  • To differentiate from Montreal Campus Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ course sections, courses offered by extension at UQO are assigned a unique course section number 988.

UQO courses

Note that all complementary courses must be selected from the list of UQO courses posted above; Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ courses offered on the Montreal campus are not open to this cohort.

Reminder for the Requried science UQO course:Ìý

  • For students who completed 201-SN1-RE (Probability and Statistics), Choose one of the Science courses marked with a * from the spreadsheet of course options.
  • For students who did not complete 201-SN-RE (Probability and Statstics),ÌýÌýis requiredÌý
  • This courseÌýcan be taken in either semester.

How to register for UQO courses

There are 2 steps to register for UQO courses. Detailed instructions are also found on the first tab of the UQO complementary course choice spreadsheet above.

Step 1. Check if the course is already listed as 'equivalent' in Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾'s Course Equivalency System. If not, submit the request. The suggested Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ department code will be indicated in the list of UQO course options. Once it is approved, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2. Use the Autorisation d’Études Hors Établissement (AEHE) system to submit course registration requests for approval and registration at UQO, and consult the presentation for instructions to register for coursesÌývia the (AEHE) system: File inscription_aehe.pptx

If you receive an error message and can't create an AEHE application, please email admissions.med [at] mcgill.ca, it can take a few days for Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ to transmit your information to the system.

You must register for the 1 required course & 4 complementary courses at UQO. Click the course number to see the description, and use the box on the right listed on the UQO course options excel sheet above, to learn who to contact for more information about a course.

Please attend the July 2026 information session with your academic advisor (online). Date and time will be emailed to admitted students.

For now, you can consult the PowerPoint from last year'sÌý July 2, 2025 session-note that some information may have changed (in particular, most students will not need to take the Stats course and must choose from the indicated Science courses for their required UQO course).
