"What we eat and how we eat; Change and Continuity in Canadian Foodways during the 20th Century" is a SSHRC-funded, interdisciplinary, collaborative projects on material culture and the situation of women in modern Canada. The research centre is supported by both the Department of English and the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Institute for the Study of Canada.
