Report suspicious emails from your Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Inbox

You can quickly report a suspicious email using the Report Junk or Report Phishing buttons available in Microsoft Outlook, whether you’re using the desktop app, mobile app, or Outlook on the web.

If you don’t have Outlook installed on your device, you can always report suspicious messages from .

When you report an email, it will be removed from your inbox and automatically flagged for Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾'s email administrators. They’ll review it and take prompt action to help protect our community.

Note: If the email is already in your Junk Email folder, you do not need to report it.


New: Confirmation emails for reported threats

As of September 11, 2025, when you report a suspicious email, you’ll now get an automatic confirmation if it’s found to contain phishing or malware. The email includes the subject line and a short summary. To increase trustworthiness, there are no links and no contact info in the email, they just reference Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ resources.
