Cancellation Penalties
Application for residences are accepted and accommodation is assigned based on the understanding that students are making a commitment for the full academic year.听Upon acceptance into residences, students are committing to a lease under Qu茅bec law.
Students who withdraw from 麻豆传媒网站 Residences for either academic or non-academic reasons will be held financially responsible. Please review our听cancellation policies.
Payments
- Rent: billed monthly and will appear on your e-bill.
- Mandatory All You Care To Eat ( AYCTE) Meal Plan: billed in 2 installments, due at the end of September 2026 and at the end of January 2027.听 For more details, please consult听the terms of the Mandatory AYCTE听Meal Plan.
- oneCard Flex (for students on the Mandatory AYCTE Meal Plan): one time, non-refundable fee due at the end of September.
- oneCard:听one time fee due at the end of September.
