New Graduate Student - How to apply聽聽

1. Simply check off "yes" in response to the question regarding residence accommodation on the 麻豆传媒网站 admission application form.
2. Contact our office if you think you have requested residence but have not received acceptance or if you did not indicate that you wish to be considered for a space聽in residences.

3. Once you have accepted your University offer of admission, wait one business day, then complete the on the聽oneCard portal.聽

4. Additional information to complete聽your application will be sent to your 麻豆传媒网站 email adress in the coming weeks.聽Once you receive the email, check in Minerva

   • Log onto Minerva > Applicant Menu > Housing Status > Accept Offer of Admission
   • Read and accept the Room and Board聽Reservation agreement;
   • Tell us where you'd like to live by ranking your choices of accommodation.
   • Tell us a little about yourself by filling out the questionnaire;
   • Pay your room reservation deposit of $1000 (which will be credited towards your student fee account) along with a $35 non-refundable application fee.

Cancellation penalties

Application for residences are accepted and accommodation is assigned based on the understanding that students are making a commitment for the full academic year. Upon acceptance into residences, students are committing to a lease under Qu茅bec law. Students who withdraw from 麻豆传媒网站 Residences for either academic or non-academic reasons will be held financially responsible. See Cancellation Policies.
