Cancellation Penalties
Application for residences are accepted and accommodation is assigned based on the understanding that students are making a commitment for the full term of their exchange academic year. Upon acceptance into residences, students are committing to a lease under Québec law.
Students who withdraw from Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Residences for either academic or non-academic reasons will be held financially responsible. Please review our cancellation policies.
Payments
- Rent: billed monthly and will appear on your e-bill.
- Residence Life Activity Fee: one time fee due at the end of September (or January if arriving in the winter).
- oneCard Flex:Ìýmandatory, one time, non-refundable fee due at the end of September for the Fall termÌýand/or January for the winter term.

Lease Duration:
Fall Term: 4 months: August 20, 2026 to December 23, 2026 or 8.45 months August 20, 2026 to May 2, 2027
Winter Term: 4 months:Ìý January 3, 2027 to May 2, 2027
