AIR (Authentic Interpersonal Reflection) Rounds are confidential support groups where students are expected to discuss and reflect on current challenges in the clinical and/or non-clinical environment. These rounds give a chance for students to connect authentically with one another and develop mutually supportive relationships. AIR Rounds are facilitated by a UGME Wellness Consultant, as part of the OMLA Longitudinal Well-Being Curriculum during 2nd and 3rd year of medical training at Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾. Therefore, students are given the choice to either participate in the interactive experience of AIR Rounds or complete an individual reflective remedial activity.
