 vide support for long-term research initiatives of two to five years for e
 merging and established scholars in the social sciences and humanities.\n

 are planning to apply to the upcoming SSHRC Insight Grant fall 2021 compet
 ition are encouraged to attend this information session\, which will inclu
 de:\n\nA presentation about the objectives and application requirements of
  the SSHRC Insight Grants program by Biljana Vasilevska and Joanna Mastale
 rek\, Grants and Agreement Officers\, OSR\;\n	Presentations from Professor 
 Rachel Langevin\, Associate Professor\, Department of Educational and Coun
 selling Psychology\, and Professor Jonathan Sterne\, Professor in the Depa
 rtment of Arts History and Communications Studies\, who will provide poten
 tial applicants with information about the peer-review system and strategi
 es for preparing a successful Insight Grant proposal\;\n	A question and ans
 wer period where participants will be encouraged to raise any questions th
 ey may have about the program or the application process.\n		Those who are u
 nable to attend or who may not feel comfortable sharing their questions ar
