Presented by Palliative Care Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾, the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Council on Palliative Care, and the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Dementia Education Program

Join Palliative Care Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ and the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Council on Palliative Care, in collaboration with the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Dementia Education Program, for a screening of , a "coming-of-old-age" film about a woman with dementia adjusting to assisted living. A panel discussion and reception will follow, with panelists Zelda Freitas (SW), Clinical Senior Advisor at CIUSSS Centre-West-Island of Montreal, and Claire Webster, Certified Dementia Care Consultant (PAC) and Certified Professional Con­sultant on Aging (CPCA).
