 interactive workshop is designed to equip participants with essential know
 ledge and practical strategies to better understand\, support\, and includ
 e neurodivergent employees in the workplace. Participants will gain insigh
 ts into the diversity of neurocognitive profiles and how they may manifest
  in professional settings. Through discussion and real-world scenarios\, t
 hey will explore common barriers faced by neurodivergent individuals\, con
 sider inclusive approaches to workplace interactions\, and reflect on how 
 to create environments that value and accommodate neurodiverse ways of thi
 nking and working. The session will also highlight available resources at 
 Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾\, including accommodation processes and supports for both employees
  and managers.\n\nBy attending this workshop\, participants will be better
  able to:\n\n\n	Identify different manifestations of neurodiversity and imp
 acts of ableism in the workplace\n	Explore ways to enhance the inclusion of
  neurodivergent employees\n	Reflect on various scenarios that may arise and
  determine best practices for intervening and supporting\n	Summarize availa
