Essential Skills for New Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Supervisors Program

Effective communication, actions, and interactions by supervisors play a pivotal role in shaping workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and improving overall organizational performance. On September 21st, the Organizational Development team, under the umbrella of My Healthy Workplace, marked a significant milestone by launching the seventh cohort of the "Essential Skills for New Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Supervisors" program. Nearly 100 supervisors convened in-person at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾'s Faculty Club to start their learning journey.

The primary objective of this dynamic program is to build and support the managerial capacity and network of newly appointed supervisors at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾. Packed with an array of practical tools and engaging experiential learning activities, this program offers a unique opportunity for new supervisors to expand their professional network and engage in collective learning and knowledge sharing.
