Catalysts for social change, the Festival, the community initiatives, as well as artistic and cultural projects celebrate the creativity and resilience of these communities.

10:00 AM:ÌýÌýJoin The Public Religion Research Institute for a timely conversation on charismatic Christians’ rising influence in American politics. Experts will unpack how and why charismatic beliefs and practices are spreading across the U.S., and examine the growing prominence of charismatic leaders under the second Trump administration. Drawing on PRRI data, we’ll explore the diversity within charismatic Christianity and the movement’s growing influence in shaping America’s political and cultural landscape.

12:00 PM:ÌýThe Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Wellness Hub is partnering with Athletics and Recreation to invite you for a leisure walk on the iconic Mount Royal! This event will keep you moving while taking in the fresh air and admire the beautiful views of Montreal. Please register 24 hours prior to the start of the walk.

9:30 AM-12:00 PM:ÌýÌýVolunteer with MORSL to prepare food for the homeless and hungry while connecting with other students. We will make a large number of sandwiches that will be distributed later to those in need. Hosted by The Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul and facilitated by Bread and Beyond.

6:00 PM: Supper and BibleÌýStudyÌýwithÌýin the undercroft at Christ Church Cathedral. Location: Enter through the doors of the mall on the side of Robert Bourassa. Descend halfway down the stairs and there will be a door to your right.

12:00 - 3:00 PM:ÌýÌýSacred StitchesÌýCraft Coffee HourÌýJoin us in the narthex every Thursday for crafts, chats, and warm drinks. Everyone is welcome - no skills or project required! Location: St. George's Anglican Church.

12:15-12:45 PM:Ìýat The Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul

3:00-4:00 PM:ÌýÌýWhether you're brand new to gardening or just want a nature break, this is the perfect place to dig in and connect with fellow students. Each session starts in the MORSL lounge with intros and snacks before we head outside. Feel free to come to any session you can!

11:45 AM - 3:00 PM:ÌýJoin us as we visit Montreal's Botanical Gardens and attend theirÌýÌýfeaturing poetry readings, storytelling, legends, and a screening of a short film on the need to preserve Aboriginal languages. This event takes place in the First Nations Garden area.

1:00-5:00pm:Ìý. This vibrant event gathers thousands of marchers to honor 2SLGBTQIA+ rights and highlight their ongoing struggles.This year’s theme, Blossom here, now!, asserts the right to grow, to fully shine, and to love freely. The 2.2 km parade route runs along René-Lévesque Boulevard, from Metcalfe to Atataken.

August 10-16, various times:ÌýÌýEnjoy forty virtual presentations representing diverse faiths over seven days. Zoom links will be added on July 31. This year's theme is "Celebrate and Connect."
