 \nHealthy Aging to Stay Strong and Prevent Dementia\n\nDr. José Morais is 
 Professor and Director of Geriatric Medicine at the Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Faculty of Medi
 cine and Health Sciences\, the Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Health Centre and the Jew
 ish General Hospital. In addition to being Academic Lead of the Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Dem
 entia Education Program\, he is Co-Director of the Quebec Network for Rese
 arch on Aging and past President of the Canadian Geriatrics Society. He co
 nducts research on the organization of services for older adults\, and on 
 nutrition and metabolism as they pertain to healthy and fragile aging.\n\n
 Dr. Morais will discuss how to increase the odds of aging well to maintain
