 ementia prevention\, and cognitive well-being among students\, staff\, and
  faculty. Through engaging activities\, brief evidence-informed discussion
 s\, and practical tools\, participants will learn how simple lifestyle hab
 its can support brain health across the lifespan.\n\nThe event aims to:\n
