Jeff is the Director of Clean Mobility and Dunsk y Energy + Climate Advisors\, a Montreal-based consulting firm that suppor ts governments\, utilities and other organizations in their efforts to acc elerate the clean energy transition. Since joining Dunsky in 2017\, Jeff h as overseen over 150 projects focused on EVs\, including extensive work wi th the Government of Canada\, developing EV strategies and policies for pr ovincial and municipal governments\, and EV adoption and charging load for ecasting with electric utilities across Canada and the US. He currently si ts on the board of Electric Mobility Canada and regularly collaborates wit h key stakeholders across Canada’s EV industry to monitor and influence th e EV policy landscape.\n\n From 2012 to 2016\, Jeff worked for Powertech La bs\, a subsidiary of BC Hydro\, where he supported a deployment of over 50 0 charging stations\, and led testing and demonstration of a variety of ve hicle-grid integration technologies. Jeff also previously worked for EV ma nufactures\, including Azure Dynamics\, a BC-based manufacturer of hybrid and electric commercial vehicles\, and GoinGreen\, a passenger EV company based in London\, UK.\n\n Jeff holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mecha nical Engineering from Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ where his research focused on ene rgy storage technologies and electric vehicles.\n\n\n\n \n\n Evelyne Bouchar d\n\n Architect OAQ\, Certified Passive House Designer\n\n Evelyne is a prac ticing architect with 13 years of experience who has dedicated her career to designing climate-resilient buildings with exemplary energy performance \, and teaching others to do the same. She shares her time between design projects\, teaching and advisory work to accelerate climate action.\n\n She founded her firm\, Tandem Architecture Écologique in 2017 to create susta inable and energy-efficient projects\, and to promote architectural qualit y in rural areas. She lives in the first Passive House Certified new build ing in Quebec\, a project that she designed and self-built with a small cr ew of local carpenters. In the past nine years\, Tandem has undertaken ove r 30 projects\, including 3 projects certified by the Passive House Instit ute. She also collaborates with other firms on larger projects\, such as 9 0-units of BCBC Tier 4 affordable rental housing at Simon Fraser Universit y\, a collaboration with Local Practice Architecture + Design that was the recipient of several design awards.\n\n As a course instructor for Passive House Canada\, Evelyne trained hundreds of professionals across the count ry in energy-efficient design and construction practices and energy modell ing. She served on the board of directors of Passive House Canada from 201 7 to 2023 and was a catalyst for French-language Passive House training in Quebec. She is also helping train the next generation of architects as a course instructor at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾â€™s Peter Guo-hua Fu School of Archit ecture.\n\n\n\n \n\n Vinicius Bueno\n\n Manager in Supply Chain & Network Ope rations at Deloitte\n\n Vinicius Bueno is a Manager in Supply Chain & Netwo rk Operations at Deloitte’s Montreal office\, where he works with clients to improve how their supply chains are designed and operated. He supports organizations in addressing complex operational challenges\, with a focus on practical solutions that deliver measurable\, long-term value.\n\n He ha s a strong academic background\, holding a B.Eng. and M.Sc. in Chemical En gineering\, as well as a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering with a focus o n Nanotechnology. This foundation has shaped his analytical mindset and en ables him to bridge technical depth with business-driven decision making. \n\n Throughout his career\, Vinicius has gained experience across a wide r ange of industries\, including mining\, retail\, energy\, manufacturing\, and health care. He has led numerous high-impact initiatives in areas such as network optimization\, automation\, and large-scale operational transf ormation. A key accomplishment includes leading the design and implementat ion of a $90 million automated warehouse\, overseeing the initiative from concept through execution.\n\n In addition to supply chain transformation\, Vinicius has significant experience in sustainability\, supporting organi zations in reducing environmental impact\, improving resource efficiency\, and integrating sustainability considerations into operational strategies .
