 assment and Discrimination and Â鶹´«Ã½Íøվ’s Policy against Sexual Violence and
  related resources as well as how to respond to disclosures and/or formall
 y report harassment\, discrimination\, or sexual violence. Participants wi
 ll apply what they’ve learned via discussion of case studies. The workshop
  will be led by the Office for Mediation and Reporting (OMR) and the Offic
 e for Sexual Violence Response\, Support and Education (OSVRSE)\, and cond
 ucted online via Zoom. Please email omr [at] mcgill.ca with any accessibil
 ity needs.\n	\n	By attending this workshop\, participants will be better abl
 e to:\n\n\n	Identify resources available at Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ to support people experi
 encing or observing impacts of sexual violence\n	Identify the reporting pro
 cesses available at Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ for situations of sexual violence\, harassment 
 and discrimination\n	Respond to disclosures of harassment\, discrimination 
 or sexual violence\n\n\nRegister for the online session via Minerva (open 
 to Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Staff and Faculty)\n\n\n	Log in to Minerva.\n	Select Employee Menu
 \, then Training Menu\, then Organizational Development\, and then follow 
 the instructions to complete registration.\n\n\nNote that an Outlook calen
