 eralta completed a BA in Political Science & Sociology at Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾\, then we
 nt on to get her MA in Political Science from McMaster University. She has
  over 15 years of non-profit sector experience working on social campaigns
  in Nicaragua\, Rwanda\, Vietnam\, Indonesia\, Guyana\, and Canada\, and s
 he is the founder of Create Dialogue\, a social media strategy company spe
 cializing in telling stories that reach millions and start conversations o
 nline. She currently works as a Senior Communications Officer at CBC Manit
 oba and sits on the Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Alumni Association board as Director.    Please
