For many trauma survivors\, dance can al so be about letting out feelings and energies. Join the OSVRSE and perform er Zoe Dalakas on November 17 from 6-7:30 p.m. for a new\, fun and active way to engage in self-care by learning a simple burlesque routine via zoom . This class is free and open to all folx (no previous experience required ).Outline of event: Introduction\, warm up\, learn choreography\, go throu gh dance movements a few times\, cool-down and check in at the end. *There will also be time at the end for participants to run-through the full rou tine and film yourself (on your own phone/device) if you want to.
