 \, in numerous global locations.  Currently on a secondment to The Interna
 tional Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as HR Officer- Gender and Outrea
 ch she holds a right of return to her position as\, Chief Human Resources 
 Officer at the United Nations Global Service Centre in Italy\, expected to
  return February 2020. Glenda has also held positions within the UN Secret
 ariat\, in the Office of Human Resources Management\, UNHQ N.Y.\, includin
 g Gender Focal Point and Performance Management Focal Point.Glenda holds a
  Master’s of Science in Human Resources Management as well as a BA in Scie
 nce & Human Affairs and a BA in Human Environment Relations (minor Biology
 )\, additionally\, she is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society
  for Human Resources Management (SCP-SHRM).Glenda has a passion for leader
 ship development around gender and has influenced change in and outside of
  the work environment.
