Building on the success of the Research Group on African Air and Space Law, the Institute is delighted to launch its new Research Group on Air and Space Law in Latin America. This group, chaired by DCL candidate Martina Elia Vitoloni, Professor Vincent Correia and Professor Andrea Harrington, will focus on the specific air and space law questions arising in Latin America.

To launch this new Research Group, the Institute is delighted to host the Round Table on Air and Space Law Challenges in Latin America.

This Round Table aims to foster dialogue on how legal systems across the region are responding to technological innovation and evolving geopolitical dynamics in the air and space sectors.

The event will feature the participation of the Secretary General of ICAO, the ICAO Council Representative for Ecuador, and the Ambassador of Costa Rica to Canada. Representatives from the private sector will also join the discussion.
