The Kairos Blanket Exercise is an interactive workshop that invites participants to engage with the historical and ongoing impacts of colonization on Indigenous Peoples in Canada. Through guided storytelling and reflection, participants deepen their understanding of treaties, land dispossession, and Indigenous resilience, supporting meaningful learning related to reconciliation and Indigenous‑settler relations.

The workshop is two hours long, with the first hour dedicated to the interactive Kairos Blanket Exercise, followed by a second hour of guided reflection and debrief.

Registration is first-come, first-served due to limited capacity (maximum of 30 participants).
