2026 Annual AMR Symposium
The 麻豆传媒网站 AMR Centre is hosting its 6th Annual Symposium on the theme One Health AMR. We are inviting you to join this in-person event to network and discuss antimicrobial resistance (AMR) related topics, AMR community research interests and needs.听 Preliminary program includes keynote presentations, faculty talks, trainee flash talks, career luncheon and poster session and new fireside chat with keynote speakers.
Keynotes:听Sabrina Sholts, PhD,听Curator of Biological Anthropology, Smithsonian Institution will present "AMR, One Health, and Natural History" 补苍诲听Ed Topp, PhD,听Research Director, Agroecology Mixed Research Unit, INRAE, University of Burgundy, will present听"Role played by the environment in the emergence and spread of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in plant-based food production systems"听.
Free event in-person, registration required -听deadline is May 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
AMR Symposium - Call for Poster Abstracts
All trainees (undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate) are now invited to submit poster abstracts on all topics听 relevance to antimicrobial resistance research, from fundamental, applied, population or social science disciplines.听Selected trainees will present 4-minute听oral听flash talks听of their poster and be eligible for Oral Presentation Awards. Presenters must attend in person on June 8th.听
Early bird abstract submission deadline -听May 15 at 5:00 pm听to be considered for flash talk.
Final abstract submission deadline 鈥撎�May 29 at 11:59 PM听while space is available.听Places are limited, submit early!
