Penny graduated from Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Diploma in Environment. After her time at Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾, she dived into community development and food security, then went on to earn a Master’s in Environmental Studies (Planning) from York. In 2013 she rejoined Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ as a staff member and advisor in the Office of the Dean of Students and the Faculty of Arts.
