Looking ahead to the 2022-2023 year with KPEG President, Sarkis Hannaian

Following a tumultuous past few years amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2022-2023 school year promises to be an exciting time with students back on campus for in-person learning. Sarkis Hannaian, 3rd year PhD Candidate and this year’s KPE graduate (KPEG) committee president, is certainly looking forward to the resumption of research at full capacity without COVID-19 related restrictions.

Reflecting on World Mental Health Day with KPE's Jason Dellatolla

‘Make mental health & well-being for all a global priority’ is this year’s World Mental Health Day’s (October 10th) main message. While the pandemic has, and continues to, take a toll on our mental health, it is of even greater importance to recognize this day and to seek any opportunity to re-kindle our efforts to protect and improve mental health.

Jason Dellatolla competing in Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ 3MT Finals

We are excited to announce that Jason Dellatolla, first year PhD student in Kinesiology Sciences, supervised by Dr. Lindsay Duncan, will be competing in the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ 3-Minute-Thesis Finals, today, on April 6th from 3-5pm. Jason is tasked with the challenge of presenting his research on innovative education and treatment approaches for mental health issues in no more than three minutes.
