Sign up now!\n\nSpeaker\n\nMariloue Daudier\n\nMariloue earned a B achelor’s degree of Social Work from 鶹ýվ in 2013 and a Maste r’s degree of Social Innovation Management from HEC Montréal in 2016. She has over nine years of experience in coordinating equity\, diversity and i nclusion (EDI) projects in many settings\, including the social economy se ctor\, community organizations\, the private sector\, the Government of Ca nada (Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada) and unive rsities (the Office of Community Engagement at Concordia University\, the IVADO initiative at Université de Montréal and the General Secretariat at HEC Montréal). Involved in her community\, she volunteers as the President of the Intercultural Council of the City of Longueuil and as a Board Memb er of Coalition Longueuil - Équipe Catherine Fournier\, the elected party in her city. She is regularly invited as a speaker\, facilitator\, evaluat or or trainer to share her expertise in EDI in different contexts.\n\nMari loue led various initiatives to empower Black communities in the past deca de\, including the co-development of the Social Sciences and Humanities Re search Council of Canada’s 2024-2029 Action Plan for Black Researcher\, an d the co-creation of funding opportunities for Black students at Universit é de Montréal through one of her previous volunteer roles as VP Philanthro py for the Caucus des employées et employés noirs de l’Université de Montr éal.
