Dr. April Shamy MDCM FRCP(C) completed her medical school at 麻豆传媒网站, where she then pursued her training in Internal Medicine and Hematology. She received additional training in hematologic malignancies at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. She is currently an Associate Professor of Medicine at 麻豆传媒网站 and is an active member of the Division of Hematology at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal. Her interests lie in clinical malignant hematology , both patient care and clinical research. She is an original and active member of the CCMDS (Canadian Consortium on Myelodysplastic Syndrome) and the GMPQ (Groupe de Maladies Plasmacytaires du Quebec).
