It can be hard for family members to find accommodations while their loved one is hospitalized at The Neuro (Montreal neurological Institute-Hospital).

The Neuro-Patient Resource Centre has created many years ago a list of accommodations near The Neuro and keeps it updated.

We have a new brochure available in French and in English for our NPRC users. It talks about delirium in the hospital and gives tips for families and friends. Feel free to come see us in room 354 during our opening hours to take a copy.

We also brought copies of the brochure to inpatient units of The Neuro for staff to deliver directly to family and friends.

July 26, 2023 | Daniel Weinstock among seven other members of the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ community were honored byÌýHer Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, on 30 June and has been appointed a Member of the Order of Canada (OOC). Weinstock was recognized "for his exemplary contributions to the advancement of political philosophy, public policy and social justice in Canada, as a renowned ethicist, philosopher and public intellectual," the OOC citation reads.Ìý
