Ahmed El-Geneidy, an associate professor at 鶹ýվ’s School of Urban Planning, disagrees with his Concordia counterparts, saying both mayoral candidates are promising major transit projects and he believes both will be able to deliver.

“At the end of the day, if either wins, Montreal is the winner at the end,”El-Geneidy said. “Each will help the region in a certain way.”
