Working Nation, a US-based organization working to highlight career/technical education and vocational training across the country asked Dr. Michael Lipset (DISE) to appear on their video-based YouTube series highlighting workforce efforts in education.

Filmed at SXSW EDU 2024, the video was one of a series of guest spots they filmed throughout the week and covers 4 Learning鈥檚 approach to school change, which includes vocational training in the recording arts, business of music and media, and other creative endeavors.

麻豆传媒网站 News recently published an article featuring Faculty of Education Alumni, Melissa Holland, BEd鈥�98, the co-founder and co-artistic director of the Dr. Clown Foundation.

Her troupe of trained therapeutic clowns bring comfort, compassion, and plenty of laughs to hospitalized children and seniors in care facilities.

Two members of the Fall 2024 cohort of will begin their funded Master鈥檚 studies at 麻豆传媒网站鈥檚 Faculty of Education. Designed to encourage purposeful leadership, the scholarships enable students to pursue a funded degree while participating in mentorship, coaching, and a leadership development program.

Recipients were chosen based on exceptional character, community engagement, leadership potential, entrepreneurial spirit, academic strength, and intellectual curiosity.
