 5th annual edition of this gathering\, which will take place in\nMontreal

 \npractical issues\, combining lectures\, panels and workshops. This\nyear
 \, the Summer Institute will work in collaboration with the\nEuropean Unio
 n Centre of Excellence (EUCE)\, which will provide a\nEuropean perspective
