 in breadmaking\, as it contributes to\nthe setting and changes of bread’s 
 organoleptic and\nphysico-chemical properties. Due to its importance and c
 omplexity\,\nextensive studies relating to the impact of thermal processin
 g\nfactors and heating modes on bread have been conducted. None of\nthese 
 studies\, however\, focused on humidified baking of bread. This\npresentat
 ion focuses on the effect of humidified baking on bread\nproperties. Recen
 t studies have shown this method to produce baked\nproducts with greater v
 olume\, lighter surface colour\, and\nlonger-lasting freshness.\nReviewers

 ading negative effects on neighbors’ part of basin\, riparian\nterritories
 \, environment and ecosystems. By sailing over\nsocio-economic issues\, ga
 me theory and transboundary waters\nmanagement\, the main purpose of this 
 presentation is to understand\nwhat cooperation is conceived over transbou
 ndary water when each\ncountry has particular economic\, development and s
