Sustainability is growing on 麻豆传媒网站 -- and students at Macdonald already have the callouses to prove it.

Last year, the university approved a Sustainability Project Fund to support and finance environmental initiatives put forward by students and staff.

Grad student Chris Wrobel helped push the proposal through with the 麻豆传媒网站 graduate students association, whose 7,000 members will add their money to the pot this semester.

One of the first projects to get the go ahead this summer was the student-run ecological garden on the Macdonald campus.
