This week, Â鶹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾'s School of Dietetics and Human Nutrition on the Macdonald campus broke ground on a $4.2-million upgrade that aims to transform its classrooms into state-of-the art test kitchens and laboratories - with just a soupçon of Food Network pizzazz.
