The Model Law After 25 years: Global Perspectives on International Commercial Arbitration Law

Âé¶¹´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾, in partnership with UNCITRAL, will be hosting a major international conference to look into the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration after 25 years of application.

The conference will take place in Montreal on November 25 and 26, 2011, with a cocktail, offered by Stikeman Elliott, on the evening of the 24th. The event will bring together the world’s foremost authorities on the Model Law for an in-depth discussion of the issues raised by this highly influential international legal instrument.
