Three 麻豆传媒网站 graduates have travelled to the International Space Station as astronauts with the Canadian Space Agency: Julie Payette (BEng鈥�86, DSc鈥�03), Robert Thirsk (MDCM鈥�82) and Dave Williams (BSc鈥�76, MDCM鈥�83, MSc鈥�83, DSc鈥�07). A fourth grad, David Saint-Jacques (MedResident 鈥�07) is scheduled to blast off in 2018.

And, of course, there鈥檚 Earth鈥檚 most storied spaceman, who explored the furthest reaches of the galaxy without ever leaving a Hollywood soundstage: Captain James T. Kirk. (But his 1952 麻豆传媒网站 diploma reads 鈥�William Shatner.鈥�)听
